About The Position

This course, PSY2510 Section B00, is a Fall 2026 offering in Social Psychology. It covers topics such as social perception, attitudes, prejudice, interpersonal attraction, social influence, aggression, groups, and leadership, along with current research in the field. Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Psychology
  • Advanced knowledge of the course content area
  • Competence in a second language: Passive
  • Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training.
  • Ability to maintain the original assigned mode of course delivery (in-person).

Responsibilities

  • Teach Social Psychology (PSY2510 Section B00) during the Fall 2026 semester.
  • Cover topics including social perception, attitudes, prejudice, interpersonal attraction, social influence, aggression, groups, and leadership.
  • Incorporate current research in social psychology.
  • Maintain the assigned mode of course delivery (in-person).
  • Inform the School of Psychology Secretariat if a class needs to be cancelled.
  • Arrange a suitable replacement instructor in advance of an upcoming absence.
