About The Position
Eventus WholeHealth provides integrated care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers and support staff. The Psychiatrist joins a closely integrated team of primary care and mental health providers delivering care in long-term care settings. The role provides psychiatric services to a vulnerable population within an integrated, comprehensive care model. It offers leadership and teaching opportunities, including leading a team of midlevel providers and collaborating with psychotherapists to implement best practices. Care is delivered where patients live, with practice guided by patient needs and clinical judgment.
Requirements
- Board certified in Psychiatry.
- Hold all practicing privileges required in North Carolina.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a supervising psychiatrist for Eventus WholeHealth.
- Provide psychiatric care to patients in long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
- Lead a team of midlevel providers and provide leadership and teaching.
