About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join its outpatient clinical team in Greenwood, Indiana. The role offers the autonomy of private practice with the support of a large, clinician-led behavioral health organization. Psychiatrists provide patient care in an outpatient setting and may work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. The position is hybrid and offers part-time or full-time scheduling options, a flexible schedule, a strong referral network, and full administrative support. The psychiatrist can collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and advanced practice providers. There is no call, night, or weekend work required. Additional compensation is available for supervising Nurse Practitioners, though supervision is not required. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $300,000–$375,000.
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist.
- Fully licensed in Indiana or in the process of obtaining licensure, with an active, unencumbered DEA.
- Experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and psychotherapy.

- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and advanced practice providers.
- Optionally supervise Nurse Practitioners for additional compensation.
