About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring psychiatrists in Wisconsin who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. Psychiatrists provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, or adults in a hybrid model combining on-site care and telehealth. The work is outpatient only, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Full-time and part-time schedules of at least 20 hours per week are available, and clinicians can set their own schedules. Compensation is productivity-based, with unlimited earning potential; the listed annual range is $325,000–$375,000, and full-time hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus. LifeStance Health provides administrative support for scheduling and billing, modern offices, digital technology, and a collegial work environment. Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Wisconsin.
- Hold an MD or DO degree.
- Have experience with child, adolescent, or adult patients.
