Psychiatrist (Child or Adult)

LifeStance Health•Milford, MA

About The Position

LifeStance is hiring an adult or child/adolescent psychiatrist to provide outpatient mental health care. The role is designed to prioritize time with patients, access to a multidisciplinary team, and evidence-based care and clinical excellence. Dedicated teams handle billing, technology, and administrative tasks, while local clinical leadership provides ongoing support and consultation. The organization welcomes psychiatrists who incorporate psychotherapy into their practice. The psychiatrist will work alongside therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners in a collaborative environment. Professional learning opportunities include regular Grand Rounds, weekly consultation hours with clinical leadership, a CME stipend, and training opportunities in TMS and other innovative therapies. Compensated opportunities to supervise newly graduated PMHNPs are available for those interested in teaching. The role is outpatient and weekday-based, and may be full-time or part-time.
