About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Adult Psychiatrists in Colorado who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare for adults, combining medication management and therapy. Work is hybrid, with some in-office presence required and flexibility to provide care through telemedicine. Positions are available full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time schedules. The practice offers flexible schedules, no nights, no call, and no mandatory weekends. Psychiatrists are part of a clinical team supported by full administrative services, modern offices, and digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $264,000–$350,000 or more. The position includes a sign-on bonus, benefits, CME reimbursement, and a collegial work environment. Requirements

Be fully licensed in Colorado.
Be board-eligible or board-certified (BE/BC).
Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
Be located in Colorado.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
Deliver medication management and therapy.
Provide care through in-person appointments and telemedicine, with some in-office presence required.
