About The Position

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Colorado.
- Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Must be located in Colorado.
- Some in-office presence is required for this hybrid position.
