About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Adult Psychiatrists in Colorado who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The position provides outpatient mental healthcare through medication management and therapy, with a hybrid arrangement that requires some in-office presence and offers telemedicine flexibility. The role supports patients in an outpatient setting and is part of a growing clinical team. Full-time and part-time schedules of 20 or more hours per week are available. The position offers flexible scheduling, no nights, no call, and no mandatory weekends. Compensation is listed as $264,000–$350,000+, with a productivity-based model and a salary-based model available.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Colorado.
- Be board eligible or board certified.
- Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Be located in Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care.
- Manage medications and provide therapy.
- Deliver care through in-person and telemedicine modalities, with some in-office presence required.
