About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring psychiatrists in Minnesota to provide outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, or adults. The role is 100% outpatient, with a hybrid work model and flexible scheduling; full-time and part-time schedules of at least 20 hours per week are available, and clinicians can set their own schedules. There are no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Psychiatrists are part of a clinical team supported by administrative staff for scheduling and billing, modern offices, and digital technology. Clinics are located in Anoka, Apple Valley, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Centerville, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Maplewood, and St. Paul, with additional locations opening throughout the year.

Compensation is productivity-based, with uncapped earnings. The posting lists several compensation ranges: $282,000–$434,000, $270,000–$406,000 per year, and $262,000–$393,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus noted for full-time positions.
