About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Adult and Child Psychiatrists in North Carolina to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role is part of a clinical team focused on patient care and clinical excellence, serving children, adolescents, and adults. The position offers flexible work schedules and full-time or part-time availability. It is 100% outpatient, with no nights, hospital call, or weekends. Psychiatrists receive administrative support, access to digital technology, and work in modern offices within a collegial environment. Compensation is productivity-based, with a fee-for-service model, uncapped earnings potential, and a year-one salary guarantee option. The stated compensation range is $300,000–$375,000; full-time providers may receive a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in North Carolina.
• Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
