About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Adult and Child Psychiatrists in North Carolina to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role offers 100% outpatient work with flexibility to work in person, through telemedicine, or in a combination of both. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. There are no nights, hospital call, or weekends.

Compensation is productivity-based, with a fee-for-service model and uncapped earning potential. The stated compensation range is $300,000–$375,000 per year, and a salary guarantee is available for the first year. Full-time providers may receive a sign-on bonus. Psychiatrists are part of a collegial clinical team and receive administrative support, access to modern offices and digital technology, and a focus on work/life balance.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in North Carolina.
• Be board eligible or board certified.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
