About The Position

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in Oregon or pursuing an Oregon license.
• Be board eligible or board certified.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
• Have experience working with adults or across the lifespan.
