About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring an outpatient psychiatrist to provide mental health care in a supported group-practice setting. The practice treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Services include medication management and therapy, with TMS and Spravato available at certain locations. The role combines in-person and telemedicine appointments in a hybrid schedule, with flexible full-time options and a Monday–Friday workweek without nights or weekends.

Psychiatrists work alongside other psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists. The practice provides modern offices, front-office and administrative support, patient scheduling and billing support, technology platforms, and assistance from a marketing and growth team. Compensation includes market-based pay and incentives; details depend on factors such as production, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure. Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Full licensure in the state of practice.
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
