About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists in the San Diego area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Psychiatrists are a critical part of the clinical team, providing outpatient mental healthcare in person at clinics and through digital telemedicine services. The role offers a hybrid schedule, flexible work schedules, and full-time or part-time availability. Compensation is $376,000–$423,000, based on productivity, with a sign-on bonus and optional additional compensation for collaborating with mid-level clinicians. The position includes a collegial work environment, modern offices, full administrative support, digital technology, and an emphasis on work/life balance. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
- Board eligible or board certified.
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations.
