About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Child or Adult Psychiatrist for a supported outpatient practice treating mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. The role includes medication management and psychotherapy, with access to TMS and Spravato services in certain locations. Psychiatrists work in a collaborative group practice alongside other psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, with front-office, administrative, scheduling, and billing support and modern technology platforms.

The position follows a hybrid schedule, combining in-person and telemedicine appointments, and is structured as a Monday–Friday outpatient practice with no nights or weekends. Flexible full-time options are available. The advertised base salary is $349,500, with the opportunity to earn unlimited incentives. Relocation and loan repayment programs are available to those coming out of training.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Fully licensed in the state of practice.
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
