About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring an outpatient Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide mental health care to patients of all ages with a wide range of diagnoses. The practice treats mostly commercially insured patients and offers medication management and therapy, with TMS and Spravato services available in certain locations. Clinicians work in a supported group-practice environment with access to collaboration and professional development opportunities. The role follows a hybrid schedule, combining in-person and telemedicine appointments, and is described as 100% outpatient. The standard model is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends, and flexible full-time options. Clinicians have access to modern offices, administrative and front-office support, patient scheduling and billing assistance, and technology platforms. Relocation and loan repayment programs are available for those coming out of training. Compensation includes a stated base salary of $349,500+ for MD/DO psychiatrists or $181,000+ for PMHNPs, with the opportunity to earn unlimited incentives. Requirements

For the Psychiatrist role: MD or DO degree and full licensure in the state of practice.
For the Psychiatrist role: Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry and an active DEA license.
For the PMHNP role: Full licensure in the state of practice and ANCC PMHNP board certification.
