About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Child or Adult Psychiatrist for a supported outpatient practice treating mostly commercially insured patients of all ages and a wide range of mental health diagnoses. The role includes medication management and psychotherapy, with TMS and Spravato services available in certain locations. Psychiatrists work in a collaborative model with other psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, with front-office, administrative, patient scheduling, and billing support, as well as modern technology platforms.

The position offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments. It is a 100% outpatient, Monday–Friday work-life-balance model with no nights or weekends, and flexible full-time options. Compensation includes a stated base salary of $349,500 and the ability to earn unlimited incentives. Relocation and loan repayment programs are available for those coming out of training. The salary range is an estimate based on current clinicians’ average earnings; actual income may vary based on production, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure, with final compensation discussed during interviews.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Fully licensed in the state of practice.
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
