About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring an outpatient Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide mental health care in a supported group-practice setting. The practice treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Care includes medication management and psychotherapy; TMS and Spravato services are also offered in certain locations. The role has a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments. It is a 100% outpatient, Monday–Friday practice model with no nights or weekends, and flexible full-time options. Clinicians work alongside psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, with front-office, administrative, scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology support. The advertised base salary is $349,500+ for MD/DO clinicians and $181,000+ for PMHNPs, with the opportunity to earn unlimited incentives. Actual compensation may vary based on production, hours, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure; final details are discussed during interviews.

Requirements

For the Psychiatrist role: MD or DO degree and full licensure in the state of practice.
For the Psychiatrist role: board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry and an active DEA license.
For the PMHNP role: full licensure in the state of practice and ANCC PMHNP board certification.

Responsibilities

Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
Use the electronic health record (EHR) and technology platforms as part of the role.
