About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role is focused on outpatient mental healthcare for adults, with both in-person and telemedicine options. Psychiatrists may work full-time or part-time, with flexible schedules and a productivity-based compensation model. The stated compensation range is $395,000–$435,000, with the opportunity for uncapped earnings and a sign-on bonus.

The position includes full administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and a collegial work environment. There are no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. A full benefits package is offered, and additional compensation is available for optional collaboration with mid-level clinicians.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
• Be board eligible or board certified.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
