About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This role is part of the clinical team delivering evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare in an outpatient setting, with options for in-person care and telemedicine. The position is outpatient only, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexible work schedules and a compensation model based on productivity. Compensation is listed as $395,000–$435,000, with unlimited earning potential and a sign-on bonus. Psychiatrists may optionally receive additional compensation for collaborating with mid-level clinicians. The role includes a full benefits package and administrative support in a collegial work environment with modern offices and digital technology.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
• Be board eligible or board certified.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.

• Optionally collaborate with mid-level clinicians.
