About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Child Psychiatrists to provide outpatient mental healthcare for children and adolescents. The role includes medication management and therapy, with work performed in person at clinics and/or through telemedicine. Psychiatrists are part of a clinical team focused on evidence-based, medically driven care. The position offers flexible schedules and full-time or part-time availability, with no nights, calls, or weekends. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $425,000–$455,000 and uncapped earning potential. Sign-on bonuses and a full benefits package are offered. Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
- Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience providing medication management and therapy to child and adolescent populations.
