About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to join its outpatient clinical team in New York City. The role provides medication management and therapy to adult patients in an outpatient setting, with a hybrid arrangement that includes two days in the office and flexibility for telemedicine and in-person care. The position is full-time, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends.

The compensation model is based on productivity, with a stated range of $300,000 to $390,000 and unlimited earning potential. A cash-based incentive plan and sign-on bonus are offered. The role also includes a full benefits package for W-2 employees, optional additional compensation for collaborating with mid-level providers, CME reimbursement, administrative support, modern offices, and digital technology.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
• Be board eligible or board certified.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
