About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists passionate about patient care and clinical excellence to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role involves medication management and therapy, with work delivered in person, through telemedicine, or using a combination of both. The position offers flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time options, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Compensation is productivity-based, with uncapped earning potential. Psychiatrists may optionally collaborate with mid-level clinicians for additional compensation.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
• Board eligible or board certified.
• Hold an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
• Provide medication management and therapy.
• Deliver care in person, through telemedicine, or using both modalities.
• Optionally collaborate with mid-level clinicians.
