Psychiatrist - Adult & Child - Outpatient
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Adult and Child Psychiatrists in North Carolina to provide outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults. The role offers 100% outpatient work, with no nights, hospital call, or weekends. Providers may work via telemedicine or in person and have flexible scheduling, including full-time and part-time options. Psychiatrists provide medication management and therapy in a collegial clinical environment with administrative support and digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based under a fee-for-service model, with uncapped earning potential and a year-one salary guarantee option. Additional compensation is available for physicians interested in TMS treatment.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in North Carolina.
- Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult and child patients.
- Provide medication management and therapy.
- Deliver care in person and/or via telemedicine.
- Provide TMS treatment if interested.
