About The Position

PeaceHealth is seeking a 0.8 FTE physician to join the Inpatient Behavioral Health team at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, Washington. The hospital is Whatcom County’s only hospital and the Northwest network’s regional hub, with 251 licensed beds and a Level II Trauma Center. Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree, or foreign equivalent.
Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited psychiatric residency, or an RCPSC-accredited Canadian psychiatric residency.
Unrestricted Washington State medical license, or ability to obtain one.
Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
