Expanding practice seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Child, Adolescent, and Adult) to work in Worcester, Massachusetts! Join one of the largest community health centers in Massachusetts, in a collaborative, team-based psychiatric care role with a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts license as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Controlled Substance Number.
- 3+ years of experience working with children and adolescents as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults with acute psychiatric problems, in an ambulatory setting.
- Provide preventive health services according to practice standards.
- Provide telehealth services to patients.
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and utilize diagnostic testing and consultation per clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and coordinate referrals to other specialty medical and mental health services.
- Consult with or refer complex/dynamic cases to physician partner.
- Participate in coordinating care and supporting patients/families in self-management.
- Engage in health center projects aimed at specific patient population needs.
- Work a hybrid schedule, with both remote and onsite appointments.

- Compensation: $120,000–$140,000/year, depending on experience
