About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient mental health care in a well-supported practice setting. The organization treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Care includes medication management and therapy, with TMS and Spravato services available in certain locations. The clinician works in a collaborative group practice with access to other psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, as well as front-office, administrative, patient scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology support.

The position offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments, with flexible full-time options. The practice follows a Monday–Friday work/life balance model with no nights or weekends. The posted base salary is $353,800, with the ability to earn unlimited incentives. Compensation may vary based on production, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure; final details are discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Hold an MD or DO degree.
• Be fully licensed in the state of practice.
• Be board eligible or board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Hold an active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.

• Use electronic health records and technology platforms in the role.
