About The Position

Duly Health and Care in Naperville is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist committed to empowering health and elevating patient care while working with a collaborative care team to pursue innovative solutions. The position offers access to a strong internal referral network and provider partners across Psychiatry and more than 1,000 Duly providers. Physicians have autonomy to practice medicine according to patient needs within a physician-led, patient-centered environment focused on individualized, evidence-based care and high-quality, affordable outcomes. The role includes flexible scheduling with 36 patient hours per week. The physician leadership model gives clinicians a voice in patient care, clinical decisions, and organizational strategy through physician governance and a dyadic leadership structure. Physicians may also be eligible to buy into the practice, gaining governance rights, voting privileges, and potential long-term financial value. The anticipated base compensation range is $290,000–$320,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position may also be eligible for productivity bonuses, a sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, for total target cash compensation of $305,000–$470,000. The posting also describes an opportunity highlight of competitive total rewards salary between $270,000 and $300,000, including potential financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder-track equity eligibility.
