About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a psychiatrist for its clinical team in the Riverside area. The role focuses on patient care and clinical excellence, providing medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations in an outpatient behavioral-health setting. Care may be delivered in person at clinics or through telemedicine. The position offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time availability, and a productivity-based compensation model. Psychiatrists may optionally receive additional compensation for collaborating with mid-level providers.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
- Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations.

- Deliver outpatient mental-health care in person or through telemedicine.
- Optionally collaborate with mid-level providers.
