About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking adult psychiatrists in the Wilmington area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role is outpatient only, with a hybrid schedule offering telemedicine and in-person flexibility. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. There are no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. The position includes administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and the option to collaborate with mid-level providers for additional compensation. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, both in person and through telemedicine. The organization employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Delaware.
- Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy.
- Optionally collaborate with mid-level providers.
