About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for Element Care PACE in Beverly, Massachusetts. This is a full-time outpatient behavioral health position focused on geriatric care. The role involves providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health consultation to older adults enrolled in the PACE program. Care delivery will include clinic visits, home visits, and nursing facility visits in Beverly and Gloucester. The PMHNP will manage psychopharmacology, develop behavioral health treatment plans, and conduct crisis evaluations. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary PACE team is expected, while maintaining autonomy within the specialty. The goal is to help older adults remain safely independent and improve their quality of life through comprehensive behavioral healthcare.
Requirements
- ANCC-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist REQUIRED
- Active Massachusetts Advanced Practice License REQUIRED
- Massachusetts Prescriptive Authority REQUIRED
- Active DEA Registration REQUIRED
- Two to Three Years of Psychiatric Prescribing Experience REQUIRED
- Experience Managing Psychopharmacology and Psychiatric Evaluations REQUIRED
- Passion for Caring for Older Adult Populations
Responsibilities
