About The Position
EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support residents in long-term and residential care settings. Requirements
- Active PMHNP or PMHCNS license
- Idaho licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- EHR proficiency
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy
- Develop treatment plans and collaborate with care teams and families
- Document care accurately in EHR
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination
