This role is responsible for managing a sales territory, including cold calling, building customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. They will also assist managers in developing annual market goals, submitting territory forecasts and plans, and maintaining customer accounts. This includes establishing credit levels, tracking sales opportunities in the CRM, and ensuring records are current. The position requires acting as the primary customer contact for parts and services programs, managing fleet support, and reporting customer opportunities and issues for resolution. Collaboration with other departments on marketing, sales, service, and operations is also a key aspect of the role.
