About The Position

The Provisioning & Entitlements Systems Sr. Analyst serves as data steward and object owner for the Entitlements and Provisioning object ecosystem. The role is accountable for financial reporting accuracy, data integrity, maintenance, and control design across these objects, including where individual process controls are owned by others. The analyst owns the data dictionary, approves changes and edit-access requests, and provides the P&E team’s sign-off on project work that affects its systems. The role partners with process owners, DET, Engineering, and Licensing & Provisioning teams on go-to-market strategies that affect P&E-owned objects. The analyst owns documentation, governance, and change approval across the full Entitlements and Provisioning object footprint. This includes understanding and documenting fields and functionality, relationships between objects, and downstream impacts of changes; maintaining Metadata Catalog data; upholding SOX ITAC controls; governing access; and helping establish P&E policies and governance standards. The analyst partners with DET and Engineering to ensure enablement occurs and sign-off is obtained before changes go live.
