About The Position

The Provisioning Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely ordering, tracking, and completion of network service implementations across global environments. The role focuses on provisioning Cross-Connect, Voice, and Data services while supporting broader infrastructure deployments such as Dark Fiber, Leased Waves, Space & Power, and corporate network builds. The analyst manages service orders through their full lifecycle, from initiation to completion, maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with carriers, internal teams, and external customers. The position supports installs, disconnects, adds, changes, and long-lead network services; monitors implementation milestones; and helps ensure network capacity is ready for activation at corporate offices and data centers worldwide. The analyst also performs quality checks, escalates delayed or unsuccessful activities, coordinates with engineering, deployment, and project management teams, and maintains complete, audit-ready records across tracking systems.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience ordering or implementing voice services, such as POTS, TFNs, or DIDs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work professionally with customers and carriers.
High attention to detail and strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Proficiency with productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and documentation platforms.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities or processes.

Nice To Haves

Experience in telecommunications, network provisioning, or service delivery.
Experience with a telecom carrier or connectivity provider.
Fluency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and presentations.
Basic understanding of cabling and fiber infrastructure, including patch panels, cross-connects, and fiber types.
Familiarity with provisioning workflows used by global carriers.
Experience supporting multi-region provisioning activities across North America, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA.
Knowledge of network service lifecycle processes or related project-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Place and manage orders for Cross-Connect, Voice, and Data services with global carriers and vendors.
Support Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, Space and Power, corporate infrastructure, and other work types by maintaining documentation and updates.
Track carrier progress for installs, disconnects, adds, changes, and long-lead network services.
Validate milestone accuracy, identify incorrect or delayed updates, and remediate issues to maintain data integrity.
Oversee implementation activities from initiation through completion and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
Perform quality checks on order details, dates, and technical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Escalate missed milestones, stalled activities, and testing failures, including ping-test failures, to carriers and internal teams.
Support network capacity implementations for corporate offices and data centers worldwide, ensuring readiness for activation.
Lead or participate in discussions with carriers, partners, and internal organizations, including Engineering, Deployment, and PM teams.
Provide status updates, clarify requirements, and drive timely completion of provisioning tasks.
Document activities and updates in designated status-tracking and ticketing systems.
Maintain accurate provisioning records and align orders, milestones, testing notes, approvals, and capacity records across systems.
Support Senior PMs by keeping provisioning-related artifacts current and audit-ready.
