Provider Recruitment Coordinator
About The Position
Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to support provider recruitment efforts from start to finish. The role supports the recruitment team by creating candidate materials, preparing reports, managing schedules, assisting with communication, and planning events to help the team stay organized and responsive and contribute to a strong candidate experience. The coordinator provides comprehensive, highly skilled clerical support to the Provider Recruitment team, continually enhances skills, and pursues professional development. The role also takes ownership of coordinating team functions to support strategic objectives, growth, and efficiency. This is a full-time, 1.00 FTE position (40 hours per week) with a hybrid work schedule. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The listed location is 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301.
Requirements
- High school graduation.
- Experience using various computer programs, including Microsoft Word.
- Customer service-related experience.
Nice To Haves
- Post-high-school business courses preferred.
- Three to five years of assistant experience preferred.
