In this high impact role, you will lead recruitment for a portfolio of physicians and advanced practice providers across a wide range of inpatient and outpatient specialties. Your work will directly support patient access, clinical operations, and strategic growth initiatives across Legacy Health, helping ensure our communities receive the care they need today and into the future. Partnering closely with operational, physician, and executive leaders, you will play a key role in building the workforce that advances our mission and supports Legacy’s most important priorities. As a member of a small collaborative team of provider recruiters, supported by a dedicated Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and engagement through offer acceptance. You'll build strong relationships with candidates and leaders, develop proactive recruitment plans, maintain talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across the organization, contribute to workforce strategy discussions, and help shape the talent solutions that support the future of healthcare delivery at Legacy.
