This role is responsible for promoting the Centralized Recruiting Process by providing guidance to Store Managers on how to efficiently execute the program. The Recruiter will source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews virtually, manage background checks, and communicate with Market Managers regarding candidate progression. This position also facilitates internal job fairs and career workshops to promote engagement and develop talent within the company. Additionally, the Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruiting for non-store associates and participate in new hire orientation as needed. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and in team settings.
