About The Position

This role involves performing mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while adhering to all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. The position also supports preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may involve working across different departments. Employees must comply with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may need to adjust their schedules to meet business needs. This is a seasonal position expected to last through the end of August 2026.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or related work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate hand and pneumatic tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in any assigned department.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation.
