About The Position

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Prototype Assembler 1 for their 2nd Shift. This role involves performing mechanical assembly tasks according to documented work instructions and safety procedures. The assembler will operate various tools, support molding operations, pack products, and conduct basic computer tasks for production and documentation. The position also includes assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks, supporting preventative maintenance, and maintaining an organized work environment. Employees are expected to adhere to all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may need to adjust schedules occasionally. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10-20 hours per week. The role is based onsite in Ladysmith, WI, and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening).

Responsibilities
