About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Operations Specialist to support its Buildings and Places group and data center pursuits. The role provides administrative and coordination support to Program Managers, Capture Managers, Client Account Managers, and practice leadership throughout the opportunity and proposal lifecycle. It helps maintain consistency, accountability, and visibility across active pursuits by coordinating proposal activities, maintaining key information, tracking actions, and reporting status and risks. The position is primarily remote and may be based in a variety of U.S. locations where AECOM has an office. Occasional, advance-scheduled travel may be required for client meetings, key project milestones, onsite collaboration sessions, or other business-critical activities. The role works with global teams on fast-paced data center projects and is described as hands-on and client-facing, with potential for upward career mobility. The vacancy is current, and AECOM intends to fill it by February 1, 2027. Relocation is not available, and U.S. employment authorization sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future. Newly hired employees must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
