About The Position

This is a Temp-to-Hire Proposal Coordinator position located in Houston, TX 77073 (near IAH). The role involves drafting proposals by organizing project information from various teams (sales, operations, etc.) and inputting it into a pre-made template to generate official proposals. The ideal candidate must possess strong, professional communication skills across all platforms (phone, virtual, in-person, email) and be self-driven, capable of taking direction, and comfortable asking questions. This position requires daily attendance in the Houston office, even though the manager is located in the Orlando office.

Requirements

• Must have very strong, professional communication skills both via phone, virtual platforms, in person, and over email
• Must be self-driven with the ability to take direction, ask questions when needed
• Comfortable having a manager who is not physically located at that office
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background and drug screen
• This is an in-office position and requires daily attendance
