Collaborating with our Technology Consulting team, you will help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals to serve the public better. We provide the full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs that enhance the lives of their user base. Services include Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement, Business Enablement, Business Solutions, and Project Assurance.

  • Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.
  • Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.
  • Tracks all proposal responses.
  • Directs the production of final proposals.
  • Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center's database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
