About The Position

You will be the Proposal Analyst Manager for the Material Estimating Organization. Our team is responsible for end‑to‑end creation of compliant material proposals for Federal government contracts. As the Proposal Analyst Manager you will be responsible for leading the development of high‑quality material proposals and ensuring they meet all regulatory and customer requirements.

Requirements

Knowledge and experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFAR, TINA, CAS.
Experience working with Government audit agencies such as DCAA and DCMA.
Ability to resolve problems related to procurement requirements.
Ability to develop and cost detailed Bills of Material.
Task coordination skills, ability to work multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient with MS Office products.
Self-motivated with strong background in business, finance, accounting or mathematics with experience in estimating materials for defense contracts.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

Material Estimating, EDRs, SAP MRP, EFS, P2P MCE, Twenty5 iPE, ProPricer/BOEpro.
Estimating direct material dollars in support of RFPs
Developing and analyzing large Bills of Material for MFC major programs
Ability to develop fundamental and advanced estimating skills as well as Full Spectrum leadership qualities within the team

Responsibilities

Directing the end‑to‑end proposal creation process, from data gathering to final submission
Coordinating with engineering, pricing, and compliance teams to ensure proposal accuracy
Maintaining compliance with Federal acquisition regulations and internal standards
Managing proposal schedules and deliverables to meet tight deadlines
Mentoring and developing junior analysts to build a high‑performing team
