About The Position

As a Branch Manager at Chase, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for clients and employees, fostering a welcoming, valued, and understood environment. You will build lasting relationships by upholding company values, exceeding expectations, and embracing diversity and inclusion. This role involves leading and managing all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team for success. You will represent the Chase brand and culture, deliver banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with experts to address specialized client financial needs.

  • Experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies.
  • A strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved.
  • 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
  • A high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager.
  • Ability to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.
  • Subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators, contingent on JPMC's review of criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and other relevant information.
  • Requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 upon active employment with JPMorganChase.
