About The Position

The Business Process Analyst will be part of the Business Process team, responsible for optimizing operational efficiency through digital transformation. This role involves evaluating, reinventing, and streamlining processes to leverage new digital capabilities. The analyst will support upgrades to business tools like Warehouse Management, Apriso, and SAP, analyze inventory levels, audit materials, and perform data cleansing. Key responsibilities include leading digital transformation initiatives, developing system tools, automating PP&C functions, communicating vision to stakeholders and executive leadership, and providing problem-solving support for production operations and warehouse material flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, therefore must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with material flow and production processes
  • Experience pulling and manipulating data from SAP/Apriso WM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • SAP ERP experience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.
  • Inventory Control and material handling knowledge.
  • Experience with material and Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas
  • Green belt trained and or certified
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification
  • Very good organization and communication skills
  • AIF/IDOC knowledge
  • Root Cause Analysis
