About The Position

The Property Support Specialist coordinates onsite duties related to property business operations and upgrades, with a strong focus on outbound calls to schedule technicians, installations, change orders, and troubleshooting appointments. The specialist interacts with customers face to face in a remote office and performs quality assurance to ensure customer documentation is uploaded to customer files and service orders are properly documented and closed.

Requirements

• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Clear phonics and a friendly voice on the phone.
• Strong grammar skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods with limited breaks.
• Ability to learn quickly, use intuition, visualize issues, and take action.
• Associate degree in General Business and at least 6 months of operational experience.
• Excellent knowledge of resources required to support customers, including internal team members, third-party vendors, contractors, and support teams.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers using Noble and schedule installation, change order, trouble ticket, or Customer Education appointments for the property.
• Ensure scheduled appointments are completed in a timely manner.
• Complete audits for property customer accounts when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, processes, and procedures.
• Escalate resident issues to the Account Management team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure customer documentation is uploaded to customer files and service orders are properly documented and closed.
