About The Position

Artemis Lifestyles is seeking a proactive, energetic Property Rover to help ensure the security, functionality, and appearance of its managed properties. The role includes maintaining communities, assisting with maintenance-related tasks, and providing after-hours support in a diverse environment. The position has second- and third-shift schedules available. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of customer service or security experience.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to navigate community properties, including climbing stairs and inspecting elevated areas.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Florida Security License preferred.

Responsibilities

Document shift activities.
Conduct regular community patrols and security checks of community facilities and common areas according to policy.
Report and document unusual occurrences according to policy.
Travel throughout the community safely.
Assist EMS, MCSD, MCFD, and CERT as needed.
Perform outdoor amenity lock-downs when weather conditions dictate.
Monitor parking for compliance with policy.
Perform safety and security checks on community buildings according to established policy.
Assist homeowners with installing barcode stickers.
Verify vehicle guest passes for length of stay.
Follow emergency procedures and protocols developed by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
