About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Charlotte, North Carolina. The officer monitors surveillance systems and other security conditions to spot threats before they escalate, including in security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., at an hourly wage of $19. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. A uniform is provided at no cost. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents in detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.

• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
