About The Position

Banyan Living is seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to lead its luxury multifamily community in Stow, Ohio. This senior role calls for a proactive leader with extensive property management experience, particularly in luxury or high-end residential settings. The Property Manager will drive operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on luxury multifamily housing.
• Demonstrated success managing large properties or portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting and NOI management.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Nice To Haves

• CAPS, CAM, or CPM certification; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple property operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and strong resident retention.
• Develop and manage property budgets and financial reporting, and achieve occupancy targets.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site teams to meet company standards and operational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and resident satisfaction.
